Refund Policy

Workshops and Bundled Consulting Services : Since space is limited at the workshops and time is reserved for consulting services, Your Success2 Limited will not issue a refund. In the event a registrant is unable to attend a workshop, Your Success2 Limited will allow the registrant to transfer his or her registration and any related bundled consulting services to another person or business, with Your Success2 Limited written permission. Your Success2 Limited will require that the transferee provide full registration information. Consulting services that are not coupled with a workshop are not transferable.

In the event a workshop is canceled, Your Success2 Limited will reschedule the workshop at the same location or another location within 25 miles of the original location (the “Rescheduled Workshop”). Each registrant will be notified of such change by email (the “Notice) and will be automatically registered for the Rescheduled Workshop. In the event the registrant is unable to attend the Rescheduled Workshop and there is no other workshop that the registrant is able to attend as a substitute to the original workshop, the registrant must provide written request of a refund within seven days of the date of the Notice (the “Refund Request”). Those who have purchased bundled consulting hours will have the option to reschedule those hours in conjunction with the workshop that they attend. In the event a Refund Request is made, Your Success2 Limited will refund the full amount paid for the canceled workshop and related bundled consulting services, if applicable, minus £25 processing fee, within 30 days of the Refund Request.

Consulting Services: For pre-paid consulting services that are not part of the bundled consulting services related to a workshop, the client must submit notice of termination of services as per the client's engagement letter. Capital Perception will refund the full amount of such a payment, minus consulting fees and expenses incurred through the date of termination of services and a £25 processing fee. For consulting services that are paid upon receipt of an invoice for services rendered, no amount of the payment shall be refundable.

Coaching Services:  After the Coaching program has begun, any unused sessions will not be refunded, but may be rescheduled for up to 12 months after the initial payment.
Refunds requested in writing prior to the beginning of the Coaching program will be given in full, less a £50 administrative fee.
All unused sessions expire 12 months after initial payment. Unused Coaching sessions may be transferable provided the new Client is ready and willing to actively participate in the Coaching program is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Please note that our bonuses are offered on behalf of our respected partners and are not an issue for a refund or chargeback.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded;
download and unzipping issues: it may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our Technical Support department. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason. Failure to receive assistance for downloading or unzipping within 3 days may result in a refund decline;
major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Team's approval. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at customer's choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered; Please be advised that temporary access to your server can be requested by our technicians in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our Products. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your sever will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.


product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored. Sample products are available for evaluation purpose at our free sample templates section.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don't guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
